Funding Administrator
Home based (Manchester region) - Term time contract
My client is looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Funding Administrator to join the team. Working alongside the Finance & Funding Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate student data, compliant funding submissions and effective administration across our education provision.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and validating student data within MIS systems.
- Supporting ILR/LLWR returns and ensuring funding deadlines are met.
- Checking student enrolments, eligibility and funding claims.
- Processing bursary and Free School Meals applications.
- Supporting funding audits, compliance checks and reporting.
About You

- Experience managing and validating large datasets, ideally within the Further Education sector.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Knowledge of ILR/LLWR returns and experience with a Management Information System (MIS) would be advantageous.
🕒 Hours: 37.5 per week, term-time (41 weeks).
