Fundraiser required to work with our Fundraising Director.

We sail up to 7 days a week around South Devon and beyond, utilising 2 x 38ft modern yachts. We make sailing safe and affordable for people with all disabilities, including wheelchair users. Opportunity to sail.

What difference will you make?

Fundraising underpins the longevity of our highly popular charity. You will have significant impact on our success and will find great satisfaction in the testimonials received from volunteers and members for your work. The crew and land volunteers are a super motivated bunch. Every year, we take hundreds of disabled or disadvantaged people on unforgettable sailing adventures that foster teamwork, friendships, build confidence, and inspire a love for the sea. Together, we can make waves and change lives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What will you be doing?

We have just completed an exciting fundraising project in 2025, enabling us to purchase a new £300,000 yacht, which will give 10 years service to the charity. We now need to fund raise for annual running costs and plan a strategy for the next yacht purchase in 3-5 years. We pride ourselves on being friendly and relaxed and we encourage full participation and inclusivity by all our abled and disabled volunteers and members.
