Help Buzz take our fundraising to the next level!
Discover exciting opportunities, build meaningful partnerships and develop creative ideas to generate sustainable income, helping us support more children and families. Bring your skills, ideas and connections and make a lasting difference.
What difference will you make?
Buzz exists to support separating families to find positive, sustainable solutions for cooperative parenting and life after separation. Through our Family Time services and wider support offer, we work to reduce the impact of family separation on children and help families build safer, healthier relationships.
Over the last few years, Buzz has experienced consistent growth. We have expanded our reach across Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Suffolk, developed new partnerships and continued to respond to the increasing need for high-quality, trauma-informed support for separated families.
Our values of Safety, Empowerment, Trust and Positivity are at the heart of everything we do. We believe in creating safe spaces where families, colleagues, stakeholders and people with lived experience feel valued and heard.
As a small, growing charity, sustainable fundraising and income generation are essential to help us continue providing our services, develop new opportunities and reach more families. We are looking to strengthen and diversify our income streams while building meaningful, long-term relationships with businesses, organisations and other supporters.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
