Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking to build a career in fundraising and higher education? This is your chance to support world-class fundraising at one of the globe's leading universities, helping to drive research, teaching, and innovation that changes lives.
As a Fundraising Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative and operational support to our fundraising team. Working closely with senior fundraisers, academics, and external partners, you'll help manage donor relationships, support international travel and events, maintain accurate fundraising records, and contribute to projects that directly impact the University's future.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate complex diaries, meetings, travel, and high-profile events.
- Act as the first point of contact for senior donors, volunteers, and University leaders.
- Support fundraising operations through data management, reporting, and process improvements.
- Assist with prospect research and briefing materials to support senior fundraisers.
- Provide administrative and financial process support across the team.

What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and databases (experience with fundraising databases is desirable).
- A professional, discreet approach to handling sensitive information.
- A collaborative team player with initiative and problem-solving ability.
