Database Officer (Temporary)
Part-Time | 3 Days Per Week
Temporary Contract | Until Early 2027
£16.50 + £1.99 holiday pay per hour PAYE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Database Officer to provide temporary support within a busy Alumni & Development function. This role would suit a detail-oriented individual with strong database management skills and experience maintaining high-quality records.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general data entry and maintain accurate database records
- Process address updates and other record amendments
- Oversee data exchanges with colleagues and external stakeholders
- Run data queries and provide information to support departmental activities
- Assist with database cleansing and data quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure information is maintained accurately and in accordance with procedures

Person Specification
- Previous experience using Raiser's Edge
- Experience within higher education, charity, fundraising, membership, alumni relations, or similar environments would be advantageous
