Fundraising Executive
Location: Hybrid/ Remote/ The VOCES8 Centre, London
Employment Type: Part time (15 hours per week)
Salary: £30,000 FTE (£12,000 per annum at 0.4 FTE)
The VOCES8 Foundation is seeking an organised and engaging Fundraising Executive to support the growth of our fundraising programme.
Working closely with the Director of External Relations, you will help redevelop our small donor offering, build relationships with supporters and deliver excellent donor stewardship. You will also prepare selected grant applications, identify new funding opportunities, coordinate donor events and assist with fundraising administration.

This is a varied, hands-on role requiring excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities and an enthusiasm for building lasting relationships with supporters. The role is part-time at 15 hours per week, with flexible working arrangements and a salary of £12,000 per annum (£30,000 FTE).
Essential skills include:
- Experience of working in a fundraising role within the charity sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a warm, approachable manner and the confidence to build relationships with donors.
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to produce engaging donor communications and persuasive funding applications.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- A strong affinity with the Foundation’s mission to transform lives through music, with the ability to speak knowledgeably and enthusiastically about our work and its impact.
