We are looking to bring a highly connected individual into our fundraising team.
We work with startups, scaleups and funds to help them identify, approach and build relationships with relevant investors. We are currently working with a high-growth MedTech scaleup on its Series A fundraising, and we are now looking to expand the investor network around the opportunity. We are looking for experienced, well-connected individuals who can identify relevant investors and open the right doors. This is a relationship-driven opportunity, not a traditional sales or business development role.
The opportunity
Working alongside our team, you will help us:
- Identify investors who could be a strong fit for the current opportunity
- Make warm introductions to relevant investors
- Identify new investors beyond your immediate network
- Stay involved where your relationships can add value to the fundraising process

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
