About the Role:

The Fundraising Lead will play a pivotal role in delivering Blue Triangle’s new Fundraising Strategy at an exciting time of growth. As the sole fundraiser, this new role will have the opportunity to create, manage, and deliver Blue Triangle’s annual fundraising plan – setting clear income targets and ensuring they are achieved. In partnership with our Communications team, you will develop emotive, creative campaigns that grow our supporter base, increase regular giving, and strengthen engagement across audiences.

We are looking for a fundraiser who has experience of growing new relationships with trusts, foundations, and corporate partners. The ideal candidate will have creative ideas about how to attract individual and major donors, and will be able to take ownership of the fundraising plan to create obtainable goals. This role is based at our Glasgow central support office and involves working 35 hours per week.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
