About the role
Are you an experienced fundraiser who enjoys building relationships, creating memorable supporter experiences, and making a genuine difference?
We're looking for a Fundraising Manager to join UHCW Charity, the official charity of University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust.
Every year, our hospitals provide more than 800,000 episodes of care, serving a population of over one million people across Coventry and Warwickshire. We fund the extras that go beyond the NHS budget - from life-saving equipment and pioneering research to improved hospital environments, staff wellbeing and projects that make a patient's time in hospital that little bit better.
As our Fundraising Manager, you'll lead and grow our corporate, community and events fundraising, working closely with supporters, businesses, NHS colleagues and local communities. You'll oversee our fundraising programme, manage our Fundraising Assistant, strengthen supporter journeys, and help ensure every supporter has an outstanding experience.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. One day you could be meeting with a local business, the next supporting a hospital fundraiser, organising an event, or representing the Charity at a community event.
What you'll be doing
- Leading our corporate, community and events fundraising programmes.
- Building and developing relationships with businesses, community groups, NHS staff and supporters.
- Planning and delivering fundraising events and campaigns.
- Managing and developing our Fundraising Assistant.
- Improving supporter stewardship and helping grow long-term supporter relationships.
- Using our CRM (Beacon) to manage supporter engagement and report on fundraising performance.
- Working collaboratively with our marketing team to promote fundraising activity and tell inspiring stories.
- Representing UHCW Charity across Coventry and Warwickshire.

Hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £37,000 - £41,000 (depending on experience)
