We're looking for an ambitious Community Engagement Manager (Fundraising) to join a growing community team and play a pivotal role in delivering an exciting fundraising strategy. This is an opportunity to shape the future of community engagement, charitable partnerships, and fundraising initiatives that make a real difference to people's lives.
The Opportunity
Reporting into the Community Manager, you will lead fundraising initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and drive engagement across colleagues, customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders. You'll be responsible for identifying innovative ways to increase fundraising income beyond £5m annually while strengthening the organisation's social impact programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the fundraising strategy.
- Drive fundraising income growth beyond £5m annually.
- Identify and develop new fundraising opportunities, products, and partnerships.
- Build compelling business cases to support future growth initiatives.
- Influence senior stakeholders across Retail, Commercial, Marketing, and Communications.
- Develop engaging fundraising campaigns for colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Monitor performance, evaluate impact, and improve fundraising processes and reporting.
- Build strong relationships across the charity, fundraising, and corporate responsibility sectors.

What We're Looking For
- Proven fundraising experience within the charity, non-profit, retail, or corporate social responsibility sector.
- Track record of delivering successful 5 and 6-figure fundraising initiatives.
- Experience managing community programmes or charitable partnerships.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical, budget management, and reporting capabilities.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Passionate about community impact, fundraising, and creating positive change.
