About the Role

Help grow funding for LGBTQI rights worldwide

GiveOut is an award-winning international LGBTQI community foundation bringing together the LGBTQI community and allies to support global LGBTQI rights activism. Through philanthropy, donor engagement and grant-making, we help ensure LGBTQI organisations around the world have the resources they need to challenge inequality, defend rights and create lasting change.

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Interim Philanthropy Manager to provide leadership and continuity during an important period of transition. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled fundraiser who can quickly build momentum, manage key donor relationships, support a talented team and help drive income generation across a diverse fundraising portfolio.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading fundraising activity across major donors, individual giving, trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships and government funding.
  • Managing and developing high-value donor and partner relationships, ensuring excellent stewardship and engagement.
  • Overseeing priority funding applications, campaigns, reports and fundraising initiatives.
  • Providing leadership, direction and support to the Philanthropy team during a period of change.
  • Working collaboratively across fundraising, communications and grant-making to maximise impact and income.
  • Monitoring fundraising performance, managing the pipeline and supporting planning for 2027.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
