The role entails:


Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
- Identify and pursue funders: Continue to build and prioritise our prospect list, and continue outreach to get us in front of the right people.
- Support grant applications: Draft funding applications and work with the broader team to pull together the evidence we need to make a strong case, such as our impact on biodiversity and farmer livelihoods.
- Develop outreach materials: Write funder-facing communications, from tailored pitches to campaign messaging, adapting tone and framing for different audiences.
- Shape our fundraising strategy: Bring your own ideas on how we present our work, helping us stand out and adapting the approach as you learn what resonates.
- Develop materials for external engagement: Help prepare updates and content for monthly RegenTea meetings, and other external engagement.
