As a Fundraising Systems Executive, you will play a key role in supporting and improving our fundraising systems, with a particular focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Working within our Application Support team, you will help ensure our systems remain reliable, efficient and user-friendly, enabling fundraising teams to make the most of the technology available to them.
You will be part of a collaborative Technology team, working alongside developers, testers, product specialists and business stakeholders to investigate issues, support users, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our fundraising systems and processes.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who enjoys diagnosing issues, managing competing priorities and delivering excellent support to end users. You'll act as a first point of contact for application-related queries, investigate system and integration issues, and help identify opportunities to improve how we work.
We're looking for someone with experience of Dynamics 365 CRM, alongside experience working in an application support, service desk or systems support environment. Experience investigating data and integration issues, producing operational reporting, and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be important. Experience within the not-for-profit sector would be advantageous.
If you enjoy balancing reactive support with proactive system improvement and want to help shape the future of our fundraising technology, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
