Eclectic Recruitment is working with a highly regarded international law firm in London, that is looking to recruit a Funds Associate into its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 1–4 PQE lawyer with experience in investment funds to join a well-established practice, advising an impressive client base across a broad range of private funds matters.
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Advising on the establishment, structuring and operation of private investment funds
- Drafting and negotiating fund documentation
- Advising fund managers and sponsors throughout the fund lifecycle
- Acting on investor-side matters and reviewing investment documentation
- Working closely with colleagues across corporate, regulatory and tax teams

The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- 1–4 years' PQE
- Experience within investment funds, private funds and/or fund formation
- Training and/or post-qualification experience with a recognised UK, international or specialist law firm
- Strong drafting and technical skills
- Excellent communication skills and a commercial approach
