Fund Finance Associate – Leading US Law Firm | London

We are working with a leading US law firm looking to recruit a mid to senior-level Fund Finance Associates (2017 to 2024 Qualified) into its highly regarded London Corporate Finance team.

Compensation: c. £200,000–£340,000 base salary, depending on seniority, together with Cravath/US market-level bonus potential.

The practice advises leading financial institutions, private equity and investment funds, asset managers and corporate clients on sophisticated fund finance and broader financing transactions. This is an opportunity to join a well-established international finance practice offering high-quality work, significant client exposure and genuine progression within a collaborative London team.

  • England & Wales qualified, ideally 2017–2024
  • Strong fund finance, subscription line, NAV or broader leveraged/banking finance experience
