Funds Legal PA – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
- Schedule and organise meetings, conferences, and departmental activities
- Book complex travel and accommodation arrangements, prepare travel itineraries, and process travel expenses
- Document preparation including spell checks, edits, and proofreading work to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain positive contact with clients, open new files, and maintain all client and general files
- Ensure lawyers’ weekly timesheets are dealt with in a timely manner
- Management of inboxes and e-filing

Funds Legal PA – What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar Legal PA / Secretarial role within a law firm
- Ability to transcribe legal documents and correspondence from rough draft or dictation
- Excellent English language and grammar skills; ability to proofread typed material for grammatical or spelling errors
