Funds NQ – Leading US Law Firm – London – March / September 2027
A leading US law firm is looking for a March or September 2027 NQ to join its highly regarded Investment Funds team in London.
The team advises leading private capital sponsors and asset managers across the full lifecycle of investment funds, working on sophisticated and high-value matters for an impressive international client base.
The practice covers a broad range of work, including:
- Private equity and other closed-ended fund formations
- Fundraisings and launches
- GP and management arrangements
- Co-investments and alternative investment structures
- Secondary transactions
- Fund restructurings and other strategic matters

The candidate
The firm is looking for a March or September 2027 qualifier with credible Investment Funds experience gained during their training contract.
Candidates should have trained at a leading UK or US law firm, have excellent academics and be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in developing their career within Investment Funds.
