Funds Paralegal | London / Oxford | Hybrid

We’re working with a fast-growing business looking for an experienced Funds Paralegal to join their team ASAP.

This is a broad funds role, with a focus on fund formation, regulatory matters and project coordination. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external counsel and advisers to keep fund matters moving from inception through to completion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting fund formations and launches
  • Coordinating fund documentation, execution and completion
  • Managing KYC, onboarding and due diligence
  • Supporting regulatory applications and filings
  • Managing trackers, timelines and key deliverables
  • Coordinating with external counsel, administrators and other advisers
  • Supporting ongoing regulatory, corporate and transactional matters
  • Improving legal processes and document management

About you:

  • Experience in funds / fund formation
  • Good knowledge of fund documentation, KYC and regulatory processes
  • Experience supporting regulatory applications and filings
  • Strong organisation and project management skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Immediately available or able to start at very short notice
