Funds Paralegal - US firm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Credit Funds Paralegal to join one of the fastest-growing US law firms in the City. This elite US firm is seeking a driven Funds paralegal to join their highly regarded Funds team, based in their London office. This position offers a unique chance to work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the field, within an intensive yet rewarding environment that encourages development and progression.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and preparing board minutes
  • Organising and maintaining internal and external trackers
  • Reviewing and analysing investor application packs
  • Conducting legal research and assisting with drafting

About you:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Ideally have 6 months of Funds or Finance experience
  • Be flexible and open to working overtime, including weekends
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail
