Funds Paralegal - US firm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Credit Funds Paralegal to join one of the fastest-growing US law firms in the City. This elite US firm is seeking a driven Funds paralegal to join their highly regarded Funds team, based in their London office. This position offers a unique chance to work alongside some of the most respected professionals in the field, within an intensive yet rewarding environment that encourages development and progression.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and preparing board minutes
- Organising and maintaining internal and external trackers
- Reviewing and analysing investor application packs
- Conducting legal research and assisting with drafting

About you:
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally have 6 months of Funds or Finance experience
- Be flexible and open to working overtime, including weekends
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail
