Turn your people-skills into a role that genuinely matters.

At Fenix UK, we help families arrange a dignified, affordable funeral for someone they've lost — combining smart technology with empathetic, capable consultants. Launched in 2020, we now operate in the UK's largest cities and are continuing to grow.

You don't need funeral industry experience. You need empathy, organisation, and the confidence to guide people through decisions with care. We'll teach you the rest — you will, however, be expected to learn quickly, as you'll be supporting families soon after training.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting bereaved families to plan a funeral that fits their wishes and budget
  • Talking families through their options clearly and compassionately, and confirming their choices
  • Helping select the right products and services for their needs
  • Coordinating with suppliers and third parties to make arrangements happen
  • Managing the paperwork — accurately and on time
  • Finalising quotes, issuing invoices, and following up on payment

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
