Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Funeral Director role based in Alsager. The Funeral Director will guide families through funeral arrangements, including discussing service options, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met. Daily responsibilities include meeting with families, arranging viewings and services, coordinating with clergy and celebrants, managing transportation and scheduling, and overseeing documentation such as permits and certificates. The role may involve supervising embalming and preparation of the deceased, working closely with funeral home staff, and ensuring the venue is prepared and presented appropriately for services. The Funeral Director will also handle follow-up support, maintain accurate records, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and care.
