Role Description

The Furniture Buying Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Liverpool. This position supports the furniture buying team with day-to-day purchasing activities, including:

  • Maintaining accurate product and supplier records
  • Tracking deliveries

The Furniture Buying Assistant collaborates with suppliers and internal teams, communicates updates on product availability, and helps resolve any issues related to orders or stock. Qualifications

  • Skills in Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and managing Purchase Orders
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales, stock, and supplier data
  • Clear and professional Communication skills for working with suppliers and internal teams
  • Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, databases) and accurate data entry skills
  • Relevant experience in retail, furniture, or purchasing support is beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work on-site in Liverpool and collaborate effectively within a team
