Job Description
This role is with a leading project furniture consultancy with over 23 years of experience delivering workplace solutions, specialising in transforming work environments to enhance productivity, creativity and well-being. As a Furniture Consultant you will drive sales growth through expert consultancy and client relationship management, using your industry knowledge and a consultative selling approach to deliver tailored furniture solutions that meet client needs.
On client consultation and sales, you will engage with clients to understand their workspace requirements and provide tailored furniture solutions, deliver a consultancy experience that positions the business as a trusted partner, and proactively seek new business while nurturing existing client relationships to drive sales growth. On project management and coordination, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners including A&D professionals, project managers and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery, and manage end-to-end project lifecycles to a high standard of customer satisfaction and quality execution. You will also stay ahead of industry trends, bring innovative ideas to enhance client experiences, and support business development goals by contributing to appointments and tender opportunities.

Requirements
- Proven experience in furniture consultancy, commercial interiors or a related industry.
- A consultative sales approach, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close high-value sales.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients, architects, designers and suppliers.
- Excellent project management and coordination abilities.
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
