Ready to Shape the Future of IKEA in Inverness?

At IKEA, we’re on a mission to create a better everyday life for the many people. This is your chance to be part of that journey by bringing our world-class home furnishing solutions directly to customers who don’t live near a store.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for passionate individuals who love design and thrive on creating exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will:

  • Manage and follow up on appointments
  • Visit customers’ homes to plan and design kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms
  • Guide customers through the full journey—from first contact to delivery and installation
  • Achieve a KPI target AND conversion from appointment to sale

You’ll play a key role in developing IKEA’s presence in Inverness and showcasing our amazing furniture offering to a new customer base.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
