We are looking for a Furniture Sales Consultant to join our team in Chiswick.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role. You will welcome and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable furniture and home solutions that align with Homary’s design-led ethos. Daily responsibilities include:

- Demonstrating product features
- Preparing quotes
- Processing orders
- Ensuring a smooth, positive buying experience from first contact through to purchase
You will also help maintain showroom presentation standards, stay informed about product ranges and promotions, and collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Compensation
OTE: £45,000 – £65,000 per year
Working Pattern
7-day operation with a rotating shift system: 5 days per week

What We’re Looking For
- Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven experience in retail furniture, home décor, or a related sales environment is highly beneficial
- Ability to work on-site in Chiswick, including weekends or shifts as required
- Strong attention to detail, basic IT and POS system proficiency, and a customer-first mindset
- Knowledge of interior design trends or formal training in design, retail, or business is a plus
