What You'll Get
Our salaries vary on experience from £30,832.77 - £32,659.76.
- Working Monday to Friday (working 1 in 3 Saturday's per month).
- We offer 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays. Your annual leave entitlement will increase by 1 day after 2 years' service, continuing to grow with length of service up to a maximum of 28 days.

At Castelan, we help customers restore and protect the furniture they value most, providing expert support and practical solutions when they need them. We're looking for a Furniture Technician to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering the high-quality service we're known for.
Working directly in customers' homes, you'll carry out furniture repairs and restoration work while providing a professional and friendly service. We're seeking a skilled and motivated individual who can quickly integrate into the role and make an immediate contribution. While full training and support are provided, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing experience and continue developing their professional skills.

Location
Covering your designated regions, you'll work independently across a variety of customer homes, delivering expert furniture repairs and restoration services. As the face of Castelan, you'll provide a professional, friendly, and reassuring experience, helping customers resolve furniture issues with confidence and care. If you're practical, customer-focused, keen to learn, and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and growing team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Visiting customers to assess and repair upholstery, leather, wooden furniture and related items
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out professional repairs to a consistently high standard
- Completing accurate reports and submitting information promptly
- Working towards first-visit resolution and quality targets
- Promoting furniture care products where appropriate
- Maintaining company tools, equipment and vehicle to a professional standard
- Sharing feedback and suggestions that help drive continuous improvement
