Role: Fusion RM Engineer + Data Architect
Title: AVP/VP
Location: London, UK
Experience: 6-10 Years
Mode of Work: Onsite
Required Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in GRC, Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, platform engineering, data architecture, or related technology disciplines.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Fusion RM or Salesforce-based resilience/GRC platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Fusion RM / Salesforce Platform configuration, including:
- Object design
- Workflow configuration
- Assessment configuration
- Forms/questionnaires
- Approval workflows
- Data models
- Experience designing and implementing resilience and GRC data architectures.
- Strong understanding of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Operational Resilience data concepts.
- Experience designing dependency models covering KBS, processes, applications, infrastructure, third parties, people, and locations.
- Strong experience with API and batch integration design and implementation.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with enterprise data sources.
- Experience developing data validation rules, data quality controls, and metric calculation logic.
- Understanding of resilience metrics including RTO, RPO, MTPD, and impact tolerance.
- Experience integrating data from CMDB, application inventories, third-party registers, or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of financial services technology environments and infrastructure.
- Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong documentation and technical specification skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands-on configuration and development experience is mandatory; administration or operations-only experience is not sufficient.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a large financial institution, investment bank, or regulated financial-services organization.
- Experience implementing Operational Resilience or Business Continuity platforms.
- Knowledge of DORA, PRA, ECB, or other financial-services regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Key Business Services (KBS) mapping and resilience assessments.
- Salesforce development or platform certifications are a plus.
- Experience with enterprise CMDB, application inventory, and third-party risk platforms.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Understanding of data governance, metadata, lineage, and enterprise integration standards.
