We are building our network of experienced professionals for upcoming opportunities across major infrastructure, nuclear, defence and regulated-industry programmes. We are particularly interested in connecting with individuals skilled in Planning, Cost Engineering, Project Controls, Risk Management, and Quantity Surveying.

📌 Planners / Senior Planners

Professionals with experience in:

  • Developing and maintaining logic-driven project and programme schedules
  • Primavera P6 (PPM/EPPM), schedule assurance tools, DCMA checks
  • Critical path analysis, dependency management, scenario modelling
  • Producing high-quality schedule reporting for governance and stakeholders
  • (Senior roles) Leading planning teams and assuring schedule quality

📌 Cost Engineers

Professionals with capability in:

  • Cost estimating, forecasting, and monthly cost reporting
  • Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Change control, compensation events, cost impact assessments
  • Reviewing contractor cost submissions and maintaining cost structures
  • Integrating cost data with schedule and risk

📌 Project Controls Managers / Project Controls Engineers

Professionals experienced in:

  • Integrating cost, schedule, risk, and change data
  • Producing programme-level dashboards and performance reports
  • Managing baselines and supporting governance processes
  • Leading project controls teams and assuring quality of outputs
  • Advising project teams on performance issues and mitigation strategies

📌 Risk Managers / Risk Engineers

Professionals with experience in:

  • Developing and maintaining project and programme risk registers
  • Qualitative and quantitative risk analysis (e.g., Safran, @Risk, PRA)
  • Facilitating risk workshops and managing risk responses
  • Integrating risk with schedule and cost for modelling and forecasting
  • Providing risk insight for governance, assurance and decision-making
  • Experience within regulated or major project environments

📌 Quantity Surveyors / Commercial Managers

Professionals skilled in:

  • NEC contract administration and commercial governance
  • Cost estimating, valuations, forecasting and reporting
  • Managing change, compensation events and contract variations
  • Reviewing contractor submissions and ensuring commercial compliance
  • Supply chain management and procurement support
  • Working within major infrastructure or regulated sectors

General Requirements

  • Experience within major infrastructure, nuclear, defence, energy or similarly regulated sectors
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly
  • Proficiency with project controls systems (P6, Safran, SAP, CEMAR, Deltek, etc.)
  • Relevant qualifications (APM, PMQ, RICS, PRINCE2, MSP, etc.) beneficial
  • Ability to work in hybrid or site-based environments depending on project needs
