Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Strategist FX GTM (In-Person Payments) to join our ever-evolving FX commercialisation team and help shape and execute the commercial strategy for our FX products, specifically in the DCC (dynamic currency conversion) space. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, thrives in cross-functional environments, and is passionate about solving complex problems.
What You’ll Own
You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and regional teams to accelerate adoption of our FX products, identify opportunities for growth, refine product positioning, and contribute meaningfully to the business's bottom line. The ideal candidate brings a positive, solutions-oriented attitude, is genuinely curious about the mechanics of our products, driven to resolve complex challenges, and is motivated by commercial success.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for existing and new FX products across regions
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new customer segments, product enhancements, and geographic expansion, with a clear view of commercial impact.
- Feed into long range strategic planning with data-driven recommendations and scenario modelling
- Adapt strategies in response to market feedback, performance data, and competitive shifts, maintaining agility while staying focused on long term objectives of the business.

Commercial Enablement
- Craft compelling product narratives and value propositions tailored to different customer segments, use cases and regions.
- Equip sales and client-facing teams with the messaging, product positioning, collateral and tools needed to effectively communicate the value of our FX products and win deals.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for commercial teams, ensuring they are confident in articulating product benefits, differentiators and use cases.
Market Analysis & Product Launch
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute plans for new product launches collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial success.
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Define and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of our FX products across regions, channels and customer segments.
- Support executive-level reporting with tailored dashboards, briefing materials, and performance summaries that feed into strategic reviews and executive decisions.
- Identify gaps and opportunities through data driven analysis, helping to refine GTM execution and prioritize initiatives that move the needle.

What You’ll Bring
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (this is a non-leader role)
- Strong understanding of the cross-border payments industry.
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and product capabilities.
- Skilled in market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment.
- Proven project management skills with successful on-time delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset.
