FX Sales Executive | London | On-site

Already selling FX to businesses? This one's for you.

We are partnering with a global, FCA-regulated FX and international payments specialist to hire experienced FX Sales Executives into their UK team. They work with corporate and institutional clients, helping them manage currency risk and make international payments with tailored solutions and far more personal service than the banks.

This is not a training role. They want people who already know what it takes to succeed in FX sales and can hit the ground running.

The Role

You'll own the full sales cycle, with a strong focus on winning new clients:

  • Prospecting and generating your own leads – calling, meeting, and pitching to UK businesses
  • Understanding each client's payment flows and currency exposure, and positioning the right solution (spot, forwards, and hedging products)
  • Onboarding new clients alongside the Compliance and Financial Crime teams (KYC)
  • Working with the Dealing team to look after accounts and grow them through repeat business and upselling
  • Keeping an accurate pipeline and forecast, and hitting weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You Need

  • Direct FX sales experience – at least 12 months in a dedicated FX / international payments sales role. General sales, business development, account management, or relationship management on their own won't be enough for this one.
  • A clear understanding of how a specialist FX provider wins and keeps business, and how that differs from a bank
  • Serious grit and resilience. This is a new business role, and the people who do well are the ones who keep going
  • Strong phone and face-to-face selling skills – persuasive, confident, negotiating, and closing
  • Comfort working in a regulated environment (KYC, conduct rules, treating customers fairly)
