Total weekly hours: 37.5

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver high standard Gaggenau product presentations to all visitors
  • Ensure the Brand and products are always presented in a professional manner consistent with Gaggenau luxury position
  • Ensure “front of house” appearance is maintained to corporate guidelines.
  • Deal promptly and efficiently with all consumer and trade partner queries, following up enquiries within 24 hours.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete all administration as required by the Showroom Manager

Your Profile

  • Proven track record within a luxury consumer or premium sector, utilising excellent customer service skills.
  • Soft sales skills
  • Basic knowledge of domestic appliance industry and appliances.
  • Confident personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate with Outlook Work and Excel.
