About the Role
Work within a talented design team, to create innovative feature, gameplay and system designs, both written and technical, to the highest possible standards. Be an effective communicator to make sure that designs can be translated from written/technical prototypes, into fully implemented features.

Key Duties
- Work within a talented, multi-discipline design team and produce detailed feature and system designs to the highest possible quality.
- Maintain and iterate on those designs, based upon feedback and the changing nature of the production process.
- Utilise in-engine tools to produce gameplay examples and concepts.
- Be pro-active in developing good lines of communication with team members responsible for the implementation of features and systems.

Requirements
- Experience in a design role working on a previously AAA-published game.
- Previous experience in the creation of feature and systems design documentation and prototype specifications.
- A solid understanding of gameplay systems and principles.
- High level of knowledge of the current games market and a real passion for games.
- Effective and comfortable communicator.
