Position: Game Designer / Gameplay Developer (AI Video Annotation)
Type: Contractor
Compensation: $50–$90/hour
Location: Remote — North America, Latin America, Europe, UK, and Oceania
About the Opportunity
Game Designers and Gameplay Developers are needed for an AI video annotation project involving robotic-arm footage. You’ll apply your understanding of actions, states, interactions, and outcomes to identify and label events accurately. No prior AI, robotics, or data annotation experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and annotate robotic-arm video footage.
- Label actions, object interactions, state changes, outcomes, and errors.
- Apply systems thinking to identify cause-and-effect relationships.
- Use annotation tools consistently and accurately.
- Flag ambiguous moments and provide concise notes.
- Support quality control and complete assigned batches on time.

Required Qualifications
- Background in game design, gameplay development, game QA, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of action sequences, states, interactions, and rules.
- Experience reviewing, testing, debugging, or documenting gameplay behavior.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Strong written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data annotation, visual QA, AI training, or robotics.
- Experience analyzing complex gameplay behavior and edge cases.
Compensation
- $50–$90/hour.
