Position: Game Designer / Gameplay Developer

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50 - $90/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Review video footage of robotic arms performing tasks, following detailed annotation and grading guidelines.
  • Identify and label actions, object interactions, state changes, task outcomes, and errors within each video segment.
  • Apply understanding of action sequences, system states, and cause-and-effect relationships to interpret robotic behavior.
  • Use dedicated annotation tools to tag video content precisely and consistently.
  • Flag unclear or ambiguous moments and explain reasoning in concise written notes.
  • Contribute to quality control by reviewing annotations and providing constructive feedback.

  • Strong understanding of action sequences, object states, interactions, and cause-and-effect relationships.
  • Experience reviewing, testing, debugging, or documenting gameplay behavior.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to apply criteria consistently across repetitive visual tasks.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain observations and edge cases clearly.
