About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Developer to join our dynamic Live Games team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and refining engaging features for our flagship game, 2. With a focus on casual mobile gaming, you will bring creativity and technical expertise to craft innovative gameplay experiences that captivate millions of players worldwide. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely within CET +/-2 hours, allowing you to collaborate effectively with our global team. As part of our small, passionate team, you will be involved in every stage of game development—from ideation and testing to deployment and iteration—ensuring that our games remain fresh, fun, and engaging.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of professional experience in C# programming and Unity game development, with a proven track record of delivering successful mobile games. You should have a deep understanding of the casual gaming market and demonstrate expertise in specialized areas such as animation, particle systems, shaders, architecture, performance optimization, or networking—these skills are highly advantageous. Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in optimizing game performance and ensuring smooth gameplay, are essential. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively within our multidisciplinary team. A passion for quality work and a creative approach to game development are vital for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing client-facing features, with an emphasis on user interface, animations, and overall polish.
- Working on core gameplay improvements, ensuring that gameplay mechanics are engaging and seamless.
- Developing new meta features that enhance the game's depth and replayability.
- Refining and enhancing existing systems based on player feedback and data analysis.
- Contributing to the overall game design process.
- Overseeing testing phases.
- Implementing revisions to optimize player experience.
- Collaborating closely with designers, artists, and other developers to shape the future of our flagship game, ensuring it remains innovative and entertaining.
