About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Game Developer with expertise in Panda3D to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world input into game development workflows. The ideal candidate will leverage their proficiency in Python and C++ to assist in training next-generation AI models, focusing on interactive game development tasks. No prior experience in AI is required; your domain knowledge and technical skills are what matter most. You will work closely with a diverse, distributed team to analyze, critique, and improve game rendering, asset management, and gameplay mechanics, helping shape the future of AI learning and reasoning.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess solid hands-on experience with Python programming, particularly within game development contexts. A strong understanding of the Panda3D engine and its application in creating immersive 3D environments is essential. Familiarity with C++ and its integration within game engines will be highly valued. Candidates should be proficient in using version control systems such as GitHub for collaboration, code reviews, and project management. Responsibilities
As a Junior Game Developer, your core responsibilities will include:
