At IGT PlayDigital, we design and build mobile and web casino games played by millions of players worldwide. We’re looking for a seasoned Game Math Manager to lead the math team within our PlayDigital studio in Poland and drive the creation of game mechanics that elevate player experiences.

What You Will Do
As Manager for Game Math Design, you will lead the math team within a PlayDigital studio in Poland, ensuring the development of high-performing and engaging game mechanics. You will oversee mathematical design and implementation while aligning with product and market needs, including both the creation of original games and the conversion of land-based games to meet online requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of game mathematicians
- Oversee design and implementation of game math models and mechanics
- Ensure games meet performance, balance, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams
- Plan and prioritize math development across multiple projects
- Ensure alignment with global math standards, tools, and best practices
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience in game mathematics or related roles, with leadership experience
- Experience in iGaming and understanding of game performance drivers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver successful game math models
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
