What The Role Entails

Product Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze key metrics including DAU, MAU, ARPDAU, retention, revenue, and UA efficiency
  • Build structured monthly and quarterly product performance reports
  • Conduct cohort analysis and trend breakdowns (region / platform / monetization split)
  • Benchmark performance against top competitors (e.g., Block Blast, Vita Mahjong, etc.)

Financial & KPI Modeling

  • Assist in revenue forecasting and scenario modeling
  • Build simple financial models to estimate impact of:
    • Feature launches
    • Monetization changes
    • UA scale-up
    • IP collaborations
  • Analyze LTV vs CPI dynamics and payback periods

Market & Strategy Research

  • Research market trends in casual, hybrid-casual, and GaaS models
  • Analyze product evolution paths (e.g., Endless vs Level-based, IAP vs IAA hybridization)
  • Study monetization systems (battle pass, gacha systems, subscription, etc.)
  • Track competitor updates and strategic shifts

Who We Look For

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in: Economics, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of SQL is a plus
  • Strong logical thinking and structured writing skills
  • Passion for mobile games (casual / hybrid casual preferred)
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
