We’re looking for an experienced Producer to help bring Ritual Tides to launch.
As Ritual Tides moves through production and towards release, we’re looking for an experienced Producer to join us and help guide the project through the final stages of development and launch.

We’re particularly interested in someone who has experience across both AAA and indie game development, someone who understands the structure and discipline of large-scale production, but is equally comfortable working with a smaller, focused team where adaptability and hands-on problem solving matter.

Ideally, you’ll have:
- Shipped games on PC and console
- Experience navigating the road from production through submission, certification and launch
- Worked across both AAA and independent productions
- Strong production planning, prioritization and communication skills
- The ability to identify risks early and help a team find practical solutions
- A collaborative approach, helping talented people do their best work without adding unnecessary process
