Games Manager | Chaotic | Redhill, Surrey

We're a fast-paced, growing team and we're looking for someone brilliant to grow with us.

The Role

As Games Manager, you’ll lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of Chaotic’s competitions, making them engaging, enjoyable, fair and commercially successful. You’ll work across Product, Marketing, Compliance, Customer Experience and Technology, shaping innovative competition experiences that put customers at the heart of every decision. You’ll also line manage our Games Developer(s), driving the team forward as we grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and delivering Chaotic’s competition and games strategy
  • Designing and launching new competition formats, mechanics and promotional campaigns
  • Managing the full competition lifecycle from concept through to completion
  • Monitoring performance, participation trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensuring all competitions comply with UK legislation, ASA guidance, the CAP Code and company policies
  • Maintaining accurate competition rules, terms and conditions and operational processes
  • Producing regular reports on key performance indicators and business insights
  • Leading and developing the Games Developer(s) within your team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure competitions are delivered smoothly and on time

What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Experience in iGaming, online casino, gambling or regulated prize competitions, in a Games Manager, Product Manager or Gaming Operations role
  • Strong understanding of online competitions, gaming or digital entertainment sectors
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in reporting tools and performance analytics
  • Strong commercial awareness, including customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in regulated gaming, gambling or competition industries
  • Knowledge of UK prize competition and promotional marketing regulations
  • Experience with CRM and customer engagement platforms
  • Familiarity with website CMS platforms and digital product management
