Brighton Palace Pier are looking for enthusiastic and people-centric individuals to work as Supervisors across our attractions and guest-facing operations.

As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in the smooth running of our daily operations. You’ll support and lead a team of frontline staff, ensuring our attractions, kiosks, and guest areas deliver an exceptional experience from the moment visitors step onto the pier.

Your Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding guest service across the pier.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all areas are fully staffed, well-presented, and guest-ready.
  • Engage with visitors, maintaining a fun, welcoming atmosphere throughout the pier.
  • Monitor performance and drive revenue, supporting your team to meet daily targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, cash handling processes, and operational standards.
  • Handle operational issues, escalating to management or maintenance teams when required.
  • Support training, coaching, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, including cleanliness, signage, and product displays.

  • Available on weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Able to follow instructions and uphold company standards
