The Virtual Athletics League (VAL) is looking for an ambitious and highly organised Project Management intern to join our gaming marketing agency.
You’ll work directly with VAL’s leadership team across project management, creator partnerships, finance and sales, gaining hands-on experience in marketing for the games industry.
We’re looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded and proactive. You don’t need years of experience, we’re more interested in someone who can take ownership, communicate clearly and learn quickly.
Although this is a remote, UK based role, you’ll be expected to align part of your working day with US Mountain Time to collaborate with the wider team. You’ll need to commit to being available between 6pm-8pm UK time daily, with flexibility around how you structure the remainder of your 40 hour working week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
