Job Opportunity: Ganger in Civils

Are you ready to take the next step in your civils career? We’re looking for a proactive and safety-focused Ganger to lead a small team delivering essential civils work across the drainage network. In this role, you will take ownership of daily site activities carrying out excavations, manhole rebuilds, repairs, and installations, while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You will be responsible for conducting daily risk assessments, coordinating site operations, overseeing plant and materials requests, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring vehicles and equipment are used correctly and safely. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same and where your skills will make a real impact.
