£Competitive + Overtime + Door-to-Door Pay + Training + Progression + 2 Annual Bonuses

Are you a Ganger, Working Supervisor or Groundworker with experience in water, utilities, pipelines or civils, looking for a stable role with excellent earning potential and long-term progression?

Do you want to join an established contractor where you can remain hands-on, take responsibility for a site team and increase your earnings through regular overtime?

On offer is the opportunity to join a contractor with over 25 years of experience delivering major water and civil engineering projects. You will receive two annual bonuses, door-to-door pay, overtime paid at time and a half, ongoing training and opportunities to progress within the business.

In this role, you will supervise site teams carrying out deep excavation and water infrastructure works, coordinating labour, plant and materials and overseeing pipework, lifting operations and associated civil works.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
