At Red Bull Racing, we don’t just build cars, we engineer performance, push limits and chase perfection every time the lights go out.
We’re excited to be building a brand-new Garage team for 7 Garage Technicians and 2 Junior Garage Technicians to join our F1 Race Team and deliver flawless support for our trackside team, working at the cutting edge of Formula One innovation.
The role will entail being responsible for the build, maintenance, reliability and safe transportation of Red Bull Racing’s pit and garage equipment. This is a unique chance to be a part of our Championship-Winning race team, travelling globally and having a key and recognisable impact at our race weekends.
Role Responsibilities
- Ability to work across 2 garage crews for 12-14 events per year (leap frogging events).
- Make sure that team presentation, at both the factory, race weekends, and at remote events, is always of the very highest quality.
- Full Garage setup and maintenance experience, from Garage build and breakdown to garage presentation and security.
- Freight Logistics experience – air, sea, and road.
- To help set up trucks, garage and support equipment ensuring they are always maintained to the highest possible standards of reliability and presentation.
- To ensure that all instructions and procedures are followed regarding packing and documentation of parts and equipment for events by either road, air or sea freight.
- Able and willing to support the Race teams and Heritage teams across global environments and unsociable hours, as required.

Requirements for the role
- Full UK driving licence required (HGV license would be advantageous but essential) and the ability to drive manual vehicles abroad.
- Forklift License (Training will be given at Junior Garage Tech level) with ability/experience in using other manual handling equipment.
- Experience within a professional motorsport garage background.
- Experience delivering high quality work within tight deadlines and shifting priorities on your own initiative, whilst also being a strong team player who is keen to learn & progress.
- Additional skill set would be advantageous – ex-'Tradie' or relevant hands-on college-level qualifications would be preferential.
- Happy to lead, supervise, and upskill Junior Technicians.
