Barrington Park is a Palladian mansion that sits at the heart of a large private estate in the Cotswolds.
The Gardens Cover Several Acres And Include:
- Walled kitchen garden & greenhouses & cutting garden
- Extensive, well-maintained lawns

- Herbaceous & shrub borders
- Paths & woodland walks
- Swimming pool
- Fruit trees & orchard

The Successful Candidate Will Need:
- An NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent).
- To be physically fit, energetic and able to work on their own initiative.
- To be a team player with a love for gardening.
- To be flexible, self-motivated, open to new ideas, and be prepared to assist with other duties from time to time on the estate.
- To want to be a part of further developing these gardens.
- To be competent with machinery/equipment use and maintenance, including ride on mowers and pedestrian mowers (accreditation for health and safety compliance and a general knowledge of Health and Safety requirements are highly valued but not essential as training will be provided).

- 28 days holiday per annum, to include the Bank holidays.
- Salary is competitive and there is a contribution to a pension.
- Rent free accommodation will be provided.
- It is a full-time job (Mondays to Fridays) and will include 1-2 hours some weekends in summer months to cover opening & closing greenhouse and watering
