Gardener at PS Bandar Masilam 3
As a Gardener at PS Bandar Masilam 3, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of all landscaped areas within the designated facility, ensuring a pleasant and well-kept environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine gardening tasks including planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing various plants, shrubs, and trees.
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers safely and efficiently.
- Monitor plant health, identifying and addressing issues such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of garden areas, including sweeping pathways, clearing debris, and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new landscape projects or garden enhancements as directed.
- Ensure proper irrigation systems are functioning and report any malfunctions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing duties.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding progress, challenges, and supply needs.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
- Knowledge of various plant species, their care requirements, and common gardening techniques.
- Ability to operate and perform basic maintenance on gardening equipment.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Melakukan tugas berkebun umum termasuk menanam, mencabut gulma, menyiram, memberi pupuk, memangkas, dan memotong rumput.
- Menjaga kesehatan tanaman, semak, dan pohon dengan mengidentifikasi dan menangani serangan hama, penyakit, serta kekurangan nutrisi.
- Mengoperasikan dan merawat peralatan berkebun seperti mesin pemotong rumput, pemangkas, dan alat tangan dengan aman dan efisien.
- Menerapkan jadwal dan sistem irigasi untuk memastikan penyiraman yang tepat.
- Mempersiapkan tanah untuk penanaman, termasuk membajak, memperbaiki, dan memberi mulsa.
- Membuang limbah hijau dan menjaga kebersihan area taman.
- Berkontribusi pada desain dan pelaksanaan fitur taman baru serta proyek lanskap sesuai arahan.
- Mematuhi peraturan keselamatan dan kebijakan perusahaan dalam semua kegiatan berkebun.
- Melaporkan masalah atau kekhawatiran terkait lahan.
Kualifikasi Pekerjaan
- Ijazah sekolah menengah atau setara.
