About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, detailed-oriented Garment Technologist Admin Assistant. This position offers excellent training and development opportunities making it ideal for somebody with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for sustainable clothing.

What You'll Be Doing...

  • Track, record and chase fit/production samples from suppliers
  • Measure, check and record fit/sealing samples to ensure accuracy throughout fitting
  • Attend critical path meetings to update Tech and Buying teams of any changes to sample deliveries
  • Assist technologists with the management of samples, collating and listing ready for fit meetings
  • Liaise with internal teams and overseas global supply chains
  • Support the department and internal teams to ensure the product range is compliant with textiles & packaging legislation and sustainability standards
  • Management of product certifications such as GOTS, GRS, OCS, etc. Tracking Transaction certificates with suppliers and updating documentation
  • EPR packaging labelling and textile responsibilities within the role, also covering DPP and the relevant platform used
  • Contributing to the update of the yearly impact report

What you need...

  • Previous admin experience would be advantageous
  • Good data management skills
  • Strong organisational skills, methodical with great attention to detail while performing tasks
  • Time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks given
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Google sheets, PIM experience advantageous
  • Collaborative team player, with a can-do attitude

  • £24,400 per annum
  • Based in our Brighton Office
  • Permanent role
  • 30 hours/4 days per week with full-time salary
