About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, detailed-oriented Garment Technologist Admin Assistant. This position offers excellent training and development opportunities making it ideal for somebody with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for sustainable clothing.
What You'll Be Doing...
- Track, record and chase fit/production samples from suppliers
- Measure, check and record fit/sealing samples to ensure accuracy throughout fitting
- Attend critical path meetings to update Tech and Buying teams of any changes to sample deliveries
- Assist technologists with the management of samples, collating and listing ready for fit meetings
- Liaise with internal teams and overseas global supply chains
- Support the department and internal teams to ensure the product range is compliant with textiles & packaging legislation and sustainability standards
- Management of product certifications such as GOTS, GRS, OCS, etc. Tracking Transaction certificates with suppliers and updating documentation
- EPR packaging labelling and textile responsibilities within the role, also covering DPP and the relevant platform used
- Contributing to the update of the yearly impact report

What you need...
- Previous admin experience would be advantageous
- Good data management skills
- Strong organisational skills, methodical with great attention to detail while performing tasks
- Time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks given
- Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Excel and Google sheets, PIM experience advantageous
- Collaborative team player, with a can-do attitude

- £24,400 per annum
- Based in our Brighton Office
- Permanent role
- 30 hours/4 days per week with full-time salary
