Location: West London
Salary: GBP14.80 Per hour PAYE
Employment Type: Full:Time, Temp (16 weeks) : Possible extension / Perm
About The Role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Gas Administrator to join our busy property services team based out of our office in West London (W2).
In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our heating and gas operations running smoothly. You will provide effective administrative and commercial support to the Gas team, ensuring compliance records are accurate, scheduling flows efficiently, and operational targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and commercial support to the gas engineers, supervisors, and management team.
- Assist with scheduling, job closing, and tracking gas compliance and servicing records.
- Support commercial processes through basic measurement, valuation, and job costing reviews.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and internal databases to update logs, produce reports, and maintain accurate data.
- Deliver excellent customer service when speaking with residents, client representatives, and subcontractors.

About You
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role within social housing, property maintenance, or facilities management is desirable, but not essential.
IT Skills: Highly competent in Microsoft Office, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Commercial Awareness: Basic knowledge or understanding of measurement, valuation, or job costing is an advantage.
Customer Service: Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, capable of using your own initiative, and a strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
