The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Gas Compliance Supervisor to lead and support our Gas Compliance team in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service.
You will be responsible for managing team performance, driving operational excellence, and ensuring installs, servicing and repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard in line with GSIUR. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will play a key role in embedding our values and fostering a positive, productive, and inclusive team culture.
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across our housing portfolio. A company van will be provided to support you in carrying out your duties.
About You
We are looking for a positive, motivated, and efficient individual who embodies our values of being Kind, Inclusive, Trustworthy and Progressive.
You will have:
- Gas qualifications - CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CMDDA1 (Older qualifications CEN1, WAT1, CPA1)
- Proven experience of leading and managing teams
- A strong track record of driving performance and achieving targets
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent experience within a gas installation, maintenance and servicing within housing environment
- The ability to motivate, coach, and develop colleagues to perform at their best
- A commitment to delivering excellent customer service and improving tenant satisfaction

The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS check and must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
